Sunday in the Park with Lilah

• Register your family for the event using the on-line registration form OR by mailing a cheque for $30 for individual registration, or $60 for a family, with $30 for a grandparent add-on, along with your family name, phone number and e-mail address to: Lilah's Fund 11 Windley Avenue Toronto, ON M6C 1N3
  
• Download a copy of our sponsorship/registration form and collect sponsors for the walk
  
• There will be a pre-registration station at the event to allow you to check in quickly upon your arrival and hand in ay donations that you have collected.
